The hotel enjoys an excellent location, close to all services. The staff is friendly and professional. Marta greeted us very warmly and was very helpful in planning our stays. She is very friendly and always available. We sincerely thank her for her attention.
The hotel is good for its price and its location as well.
Many thanks to Ariel for the welcome a 5 star receptionist ! 😁

Ariel's attention at the front desk made the difference. Very helpful and with a great attitude, thank you!
Overall, a good stay. The location was good, about 20 to 25 minutes from both downtown and the beach, and you pass many beautiful streets and places along the way. The staff was very friendly and welcoming (especially Ross), and the room was clean and had a comfortable bed.
It could be a bit noisy at times and the wifi was not very strong, but other than that, everything was fine. The city itself was amazing and around the apartment there were good restaurants and supermarkets. It wasn't perfect, but definitely a nice place to spend a few days.

1. Located in a high-crime area in the Laval district.
From the moment I arrived at the hostel, I knew this place was a total disaster.
It seemed very dangerous for a woman to travel alone, and the neighborhood was dark, dirty and full of strange people. If it had only been one or two nights, I would have been tempted to give my money and go somewhere else.
2. The entrance of the hostel was dirty and looked like a prison. There is no elevator in the whole place, so you have to climb stairs in the center.
3. The self check-in machine was cumbersome, and if you don't speak English well, it can be difficult. Someone was unable to check in, so I helped him, but it took about an hour. I only saw someone at the front desk once during my four-night, five-day stay. When I asked about the fountain show, they didn't know anything and told me to Google it.
4. The windows were difficult to open and the lack of light made it impossible to know what the weather was like outside. There was no ventilation and cleanliness was poor. Only one towel per person was provided for four nights.
5. There was nowhere to store my suitcases and belongings in the room, so I had to leave them all on the floor. There was only one small shelf and three hangers (no hangers, tables or chairs).
6. The room was not soundproofed, so I heard noise from the door of the adjoining room, the shower and conversations, which made it difficult to sleep.
7. Luggage storage was not available. After check-out, from 22:00 to 14:00. They charge 4 euros per person, but the hours are too short to use it.
The price is not that cheap. Better to spend more and go to a nicer place or stay in a cheap dorm. (The worst accommodation I have stayed in during my 38 days of pilgrimage on the Camino de Santiago, 3 days in Porto, 1 day in Fatima, 4 days in Lisbon and 10 days in Italy. Not even up to the level of a hostel).
Please check before booking!
I was fooled by the hostel's advertising, but the accommodation left me depressed for the 4 days and I don't want to go back to Barcelona.

The place is highly recommended! And the attention of the receptionist Marta...excellent!!!!
Excellent location, close to the center. Simple and familiar hostel with very friendly staff, especially Marta, who was always friendly and helpful. Marta made us coffee every morning and chatted with us, recommending many places to visit. It was a wonderful experience.
